At BuyWish.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of receiving their order.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The item received is damaged.

The item received is defective.

The wrong item was delivered.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide a clear and complete unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Replacement Policy
If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, BuyWish.pk will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
If a customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, BuyWish.pk may issue a full refund after verifying the claim.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.

No unboxing video is provided.

The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

The claim does not meet the return eligibility requirements stated above.
